I sincerely doubt that the problem is with your PPC accelerator being a rev. 0 card. As Piru mentioned in the thread you linked to, he hasn't had any problems with BVision and a rev. 0 BPPC board. Neither have I, and I have had quite a few.

A 200W PSU might not be enough, or the PSU might be on it's way out. You have mentioned that you powered the computer through the main power connector, but make sure that you have connected 4 wires and not only the wire for -12V as someone has mentioned previously in another thread. Feed the motherboard through the floppy power port as you are doing now, and then feed the Blizzard PPC accelerator through the fan connector on the accelerator (remember to feed the fan from a different source). Just make sure to connect it correctly, or else you will end up frying your card.

My A1200T, with BPPC 040/160/SCSI, BVision, 2 x CD drive, 1 x HDD, scandoubler, floppy and wireless ethernet card has run rock stable from a 350W PSU for a long time now by using the above mentioned power feeds, as well as the timing fixes.

Only thing I'm still having problems with though, is getting MorphOS to run.
