These are the envs I have on my A1200T with BPPC 040/160/SCSI and BVisionPPC. All demos of WarpUP and Warp3D (except Engine) works.

VoxelSpace in full screen 8 bit 320 x 240 gives around 55 Hz in average.

OK, but have you got the latest libraries installed for both 68k CPU, PPC CPU and CyberGraphX?

IIRC latest 68k libraries are 46.5 and 46.7, WarpUP libraries v5.1, and latest update of CGX v4 is 43.4_rc6 IIRC.

It most likely doesn't help posting memory settings here, since neither are using the same ram modules.

I have mine set to 60 ns, and my 256 MB ram doesn't complain :-)

Dunno, 60 ns has always worked for me. If your memory modules are rated at 60 ns and the computer crashes, I would think there is a problem with the memory modules, or the memory controllers on the accelerator.

By the way, your overclocking of the board can also be the reason since the timing of the board has been altered.

Were can I download the last (doctorq said that exist a 43.4_rc6)?

Most likely I'm mistaken on that one.
