Anyone knows how the AlfaData kickstart switcher works?
« on: December 27, 2004, 08:09:12 PM »
Hi everyone,

I have this kickstart switcher that I would like to use in my Amiga 500.

I know how the switcher must be installed in the machine, but since I haven't got the manual for it, I don't know how to operate it :-(

I have a Kickstart1.3 chip and a Kickstart2.0 chip installed in the switcher. I have tried putting a wired switch on the kickstart switcher, but I can only boot with Kickstart2.0 and not Kickstart1.3 even if I switch the order of the ROMs. Maybe I don't know how the switcher must be installed in my Amiga afterall....

According to BBoAH I should be able to switch the ROMs using the keyboard, can anyone tell me how?
