No, Eyetech does not do motherboard designing.
According to Eyetech itself, the AmigaOne is
designed by some far eastern company, which
they don't wont to name. The same company who
designed the Terons for MAI.

BTW: Don't you think some of the confusion you
are causing yourself? For example by having
shown real unmodified Teron's (evaluation boards) and
still speaking about AmigaOne/AmigaOne XE
prototypes.
