There are a 1000 demo disks on my website of all kinds of stuff for the Amiga.

Why not add a list of what's actually on those disks? As it is, it's a pretty useless collection.

I guess your right... When I get in tonight I'll delete from the website. Sorry to inconvenience you. I mean, seriously, what was I thinking spending hours creating images of a thousand disks and then not going the extra mile of listing what was on each disk.

Yes, please be a dramaqueen about it. And if you decide to remove them from your page I can always use this for downloading demos, where I can actually see what I'm downloading ;)

EDIT: And to be a bit more constructive, I've done a fair share of diskdumping myself and I always try to maintain at least some kind of list of what's actually on those disks, as I usually tend to use the images too. If you don't want to spend extra time while copying the disks then just quickly browse through the previously dumped diskimage while copying the next one, so no extra time is wasted.

Then work out how long it would take to open each and every disk and not only collate the information but also open drawers to check out the read me files.

Why on earth would you read through the read me files? If they're demo disks just have a brief look to see which demo is on the disk and write that down (or rename the imagefile), shouldn't take more than 20-30 seconds per diskimage.
