Amiga 500: Which video converter works good?
« on: December 05, 2014, 02:23:25 AM »
I'm looking for a good monitor for my Amiga 500. I'm not seeing many 1084(s) selling on ebay in the US these days, plus they seem to be a little pricey. I've seen RGB to VGA adapters that allow you to connect up a flat screen monitor (LCD). Is this the preferred method or is there a better (popular) method?

The 'GBS8200' did work ok, but IndivisionECS is much better in the long run.

Can you give me some pros and cons between the two and why I should spend the extra $100 or so for the IndivisionECS.
