I Got roasted on non functioning equipment from Ebay before and this was with a so called Ebay Star.
Ebay is pretty BAD right now. If you are a big seller on Ebay they will look the other way when you make blatant violations of policy.
Ebay becuase of greed will do themselves in pretty soon.
It is a shame.
Funny thing I see people buy used things on Ebay for more than what they could have brought for in the store brand new.
