In my mind I want to keep thinking to myself that Amiga Inc. are not bad in this situation.  But I have to agree with a lot of the posts over at ANN that this looks real bad for them.  Their total lack of Legal action just looks bad.  They have postponed this for so long that H&P dont even take them seriously.

Also I think that if they let this go for to long they could lose their IP for lack of action....almost as if they abandoned it.  I hope I am wrong though.
Now that I think about it they are claiming that multiple parties are infringing on their IP.  And it looks as if all of those parties could care less due to their inability to act.  The only party that gave a damn was Berni and look where it got him.

HEY AMIGA INC.....WAKE UP.....START TAKING ACTION AND EXPLAIN YOUR SIDE OF THE SITUATION.

I totaly agree with you Belial6.  No one really loses their IPs these days but it would be Amiga Inc's luck that they set a new precidence.

I have never realy delt with any of the major players(companies) in the amiga community as it stands now....been out of the amiga for about 5 years.  All I can say is that everything that I can gather over these past 2 or so years of casually checking out things is that H&P Suck.  I am amazed that H&P and a lot of other companies are still around.  They are not advancing the amiga they are stagnating it.  But someone out there must be purchasing products from them, there still here.  I personaly wont.

P.S. I still want to hear something from Amiga Inc, even if it is just to clarify the situtation.
