The mos trashing AOS4 argument is sounding more like crap every day :)

nice to see a PPC MUI for all those apps that need it ( too many if you ask me ! ) and a PPC ibrowse 2.3 SWEET!

The JIT is looking very fast as well :D

Those hardware specs are starting to look decidedly last year. What about G5 / USB 2 / 4x AGP etc?

In effect, the A1200 will be like just another graphics card plugged into the PCI bus of the AmigaOne.

This is pretty encouraging. I wasn't thinking of getting one, but the details in this update are tantalising enough to tempt me.
All we need now are some decent apps to go with the decent OS and we'll have something worth shouting about again.
What apps will be available for the new OS? We need an office suite at the very least, some gfx software would be nice too. What else?

oh good, if the recession's ending maybe I'll get my pay rise, so then I can buy an A1 anyway!!! :-)

I'm not fussed about the specs myself -  I'm still using an expanded CD-32 for amiga things - but what will non-amigans thing of it?
