Here's a thought which I'll just throw out there to the universe...  I know .mod is considered a "dead" format, and sadly so are many of it's derivates (XM, IT etc on PC)- but there is STILL a HUGE potential for low-bandwidth music & demo-style content delivery systems via the internet.

My point is: Macromedia Flash supports so many other file formats, and low-quality mp3 seems to be the accepted format for web based audio.  Surely the extra 30 lines of code for mod support would be a great investment??

Remember all those old demos where the graphics were directly synched to certain instruments in the music/mod file??  Why aren't we getting quality audio on the web with TINY bandwidth requirements? The integration capabilities are enormous, especially for triggering flash events with mod/xm info...

If any of your mates work for macromedia- tell them!!

Cheers,
