See if you can find the LG M94 or Samsung T220HD LCD displays in Australia. They have lots of inputs, and generate an acceptable display on the SCART connector (at least for an LCD, particularly the LG).

No, I'm saying that the T220HD accepts 15 KHz on its SCART connector.

I do know, on the other hand, that the Viewsonic VX2835wm accepts 15 KHz on the VGA connector, at least when I fed it with my IV24 in non-scandoubled mode.
Edit: I just checked the Viewsonic with a straight connection to the Amiga. Outside range, it says. I wonder why.
