Well, there is NetBSD, and the now dead OpenBSD.
There is also Minix and Amiga-QDOS (a port of the Sinclair QL OS). I think, but am not certain, that there was an OS9 port for the Amiga as well. And then there is of course AMIX, Commodore's UNIX.
