Hi,

Anybody know what is the specific function of the  - Vortex Monitor Master - ?
And if is this  posible use like Scandoubler?..

 but I  don´t not understand about the function of this hardware..  

Maybe somebody have this.. or used any time.. can give to me any explanation..
