ADF to Amiga, pls help.

Hello guys,

I have a a500 win 1Mg of mem, and I´m wondering if I could convert this .adf files into Amiga disks (for a real amiga). I know that there are proggies that do that, I mean, you load the prog in the amiga, give it the .adf and it dumps to disk the image in Amiga format, but my question is... Should I be able with only 1 Meg of mem to do this?

Could you please explain the calbe thingy a bit more in detail?.
