Yes, xadmaster can extract DOS disks (some NDOS disks too which are supported) and DMS archives.
Voodoo-X is a great frontend, as it also checks for virii when extracting files if you have xvs.library. But if you have OS3.9, then xadmaster.library is installed by default and there is a tool called "UnArc" in SYS:Tools/ which is like Voodoo-X, but not that powerfull enough, just a simple frontend
