You can change the default tool in the installer script and set the correct path. :-)
Or i suggest you u to use the WHDLoad patch from
http://www.whdload.de :-)
It doesn't only install the game to your HDD, it also even patches some routines, adds more compatibility so you can start it from Workbench, play it and quit back to Workbench any time etc! :-)
