(1) Why, and how in the world could Hyperion sign a deal to code OS4 for only $40,000 (US). This makes no sense at all. Even one man would be paid this much over 5 years!. Did the deal originally say that Hyperion would make some of the profits of the sale of OS4?
developers with the skill of the Frieden brothers easily go for 60.000+ a year... You can easily find a C# or Java programmer but ppl with the skill of developing a whole OS from scratch (well more or less) + drivers is hard to come by.
