Given the current market, Amiga Inc. would be fast running out of funds to pay Hyperion even should they win. A hollow victory - a few dollars and an irrelevant OS for an irrelevant platform - though perhaps a moral one.
Everything that made Amiga great is now very much part of everything Apple releases these days. Amiga will live the rest of its retirement in the hobbyists' basements and garages.
I would much prefer a pro-wrestling match between Amiga Inc and Hyperion. It would be the perfect ending for Amiga's decade of corporate farce.
