the price difference propably comes from VAT in EU countries. When exporting outside EU the seller does not have to pay the tax. So 138 Eur for outside EU + 22% VAT = 168,36 Eur, and propably a small round up for norman so called 95 price point
You should be happy for living outside EU at this matter.
Or was there some other thing that I did not get?
