If I had to chose between AmigaOne and the Pegasos today, then I would put my money one the Pagasos (or Pagasos2).

Does it matter is AmigaOS4 runs on a Pegasos or not? AmigaOS5 is supposed to run on anything.

MorphOS is out! And it got a 68k emulator. Its not required, but its a nice bonus. AmigaOS4 is however not out, and it does not look as fancy as MorphOS does. And MorphOS supports MUI!

I know what I want :)

BTW: As far as I know. The Pegasos and MorphOS was Commodores choice of path into the future.

The AmigaOne is Amiga.inc official way. You might say that they are walking a parallel path for the moment...

I think that waiting for OS5 is an odd reason to not buy the A1

You won't be running OS5 on an A1. It's far by obsolete by that time. You'll be running OS5 on ANY computer you want...
