Amiga licence requirements ?

Can't seem to find the thread but wasn't one of the requirements to get an os 4 licence for a board was to show your company has half a million or a million $ profits a year? If so does that make Adam A.K.A ACK a millionaire?
or even a half-amillionair ?

The joke is that amiga inc set the licence rules so That means Adam must be is a rich man lol
