Amiga Compatiable SCSI CD-ROM?

Hi Guys: Iam looking for Amiga SCSI Squirrel Compatiable CD-Rom or DVD-Rom for my A1200. I bought a Toshiba External SCSI Drive Iam having trouble setting it up. Should I try another CD/DVD?

Yes I used proper scsi cable and it is terminated. Iam using the software that came with the Squirrel ScSI.

Hi again: Iam using #5 device number on the Toshiba Drive. I am using Amigados 3.9 & also 3.1.As My OS  its the only device in SCSI chain. I get the same results the software cannot locate the drive. The drive seems to operate ok!I really don't what up with it!

Hi Iam back again, found the trouble. I bought this external inclosure for the drive I can connect power & scsi ok but I couldn't connect device or audio cables wrong type i bought on ebay. Well thats what i get.

I bought a complete external cdrom, hopefully it will work.
