Gotek add on pcb - no case mods - where to buy?

There was this nifty pcb that took on the appearance of a 3.5" floppy that could be mounted in a500 or a1200. It connected to a gotek and allows someone to use a gotek without any case mods.

It used to be listed on eBay and there was a site with videos and info - but I can no longer find them.. Does anyone have a URL of where I could find it? I wouldn't mind buying one.
