@SACC-guy

Good to see you on AmiBay, glad we have sorted out that account issue and I am pleased to see my first post going to help out a fellow member =)

@thread

I have to admit,its the first I have read that my efforts are anti-Amigan, although I am sure my wife had called me worse ;)

Oh well I shall rest my modest efforts on those thousands of AmiBayers that use, enjoy and make AmiBay what it is.  I know the rules and guidelines are perhaps too much for some, but remember these rules are made by all the staff - whom are also members - there is over 20 staff members helping to develop AmiBay for the better of its users, we then have another process that see the sites 20 odd VIP's rattify these rules and guidelines as well.

While we are predominately a classifieds trading site - a truly amazing community has grown from, I am quite humbled to be a small part of it.

desiv you misunderstood me, I am not saying that you can't bann people. I am saying, that there are some rules that protect consumers, and amibay does not seem to follow them.

If there is anyway we could protect our members more I am all for it, as well as all ears =)

you can PM me if you prefer =)

@magnetic

There is no need for personal attacks against your fellow members here, I am sorry that you feel so aggrieved at being banned from an unrelated site - but there is no need to claim that because a member here has a different point of view that they are delusional - thats kinda poor form to say the least.

I was saddened but not surprised that you were also banned from EAB - your actions were in contrary to their rules - you were warned several times - sadly your angst got the better of you and you were banned as a result of ignoring their rules and a direct request from their staff to "pack it in"

I am sure that if you approach EAB with a review to re-instating your account I am sure that they would listen and consider it - I know the moderators there are fair in their dealings with members.  Some times anger gets the best of us and I am sure that they understand that.

In regards to your wild assertions of internet stalking - I have to admit it does make me chuckle, as nothing of the sort had taken place - after all "your friend" used - copied verbatim - the AmiBay advert of the item you had received about 3 days prior - quite interesting when you claim "your friend" knew nothing about AmiBay.

Its also interesting that you "flipped it" to a friend whom also "flipped it" immediately on eBay - these are your own statements.  I wonder if you do read your text before you click "post quick reply"?
