yes if you have all the chips, you have 4 MB of videoram.
If you are using P96 (the better choise for CV64 IMHO), launch
AvailP96
and you will see, the amount of VRam.

listen to me . . . .the 2 MB showed by dopus, are CHIP ram.
Dopus isn't be able to see the GFX mem on the GFX card.
The only way (if you are on P96) is download AvailP96.
Your card has already 4 MB of videoram.
