Picasso II issue ?

Hello,

I have purchased a Picasso II that I plan to use on a LCD.

The problem is that I get some horizontal parasite, and sometimes some waves on icons and the overall GUI which is annoying.

Someone had this problem ? what can it be ?

Can it be the 3 470uF capacitors ?

at what resolution/colour depth? IIRC PicassoII, have only 1 or 2 MB of VRAM.
