the router address in hosts, is redundant

and

Gateway Mode = Yes must be NO

PS- what a mess of configuration you got!

comment out that line also

;Use Name Server = First

post here your AmiTCP:db/AmiTCP.config

There are other mistakes in your configuration here and there
