cyberstorm mkII and cybervision64

I upgraded to 3.9. Now both showConfig and cpu show an 060 with mmu. What I'm missing is the FPU! I have 2 060 chips one is a XC68060RC50 and a XC68060RC50A, does anybody know if they have the fpu. when the 060 card is installed I can't run systems apps such as "screen mode", the OS complains about some 44 lib?
