just tryed on MOS for PuP (just for curiosity) and i got the same error message as you.
The installer looks for these 3 libs:
cgxbootpic.library
cgxsystem.library
cgxvideo.library
that aren't present in SYS:Libs on MOS (they are elsewhere)
Check to have it in your SYS:Libs before apply the update.
