Its an Eyetech EZ-VGA or this by Elbox ScanDoublerFF.

Don't know which is the original or the clone.

EDIT- indeed a new SD-FF would be a great deal!

yep it happens the same to me . . .always :-(

Anyway i think that yogisumo is right.

The shape/manufacture its the same with different brands.
