Using a floppy (emergency 3.9 startup disk) SYS REQUEST Please replace volume 3.0 in any drive?

Check the S:Startup-Sequence/User-Startup files in the Emergency disk. If there are some calls/assigns named "3.0", that "probably" doesn't exists on your system.
Rename it in SYS: (if it is related with the boot partition) or if ancient and unuseful, delete it (put a ";" at the beginning of the entry)
