check if you have this line in your S:Startup-Sequence:

Path >NIL: RAM: C: SYS:Utilities SYS:Rexxc SYS:System S: SYS:Prefs SYS:WBStartup


To check if the S: is in the path (i doubt it) type in a Shell:

list S:
