ckeck this:

U103 is a 74F08 chip?

J100= no jumper

J104= 2&3 (why internal?!?)

and then . . .J102?!?

EDIT- mhhh . . .on CSPPC manual, is suggested the jumper settings made by you . . . .don't know so

Jumper setting for a CPU board, that requires EXT clock (like an A3640) for A3000T:

J100- no jumper

J104- 2&3

J105- no jumper

J106/J107- 1&2
