The A600 is a 32-bit computer (native register size) with 24-bit addressing (16MB), and a 16-bit ALU and data bus.As this argument is all about addressing gigabytes of memory, then we have to take the addressing aspect. 24-bit. That's not 32-bit. End of story. You need to replace the main CPU in the A600 with one that has 32-bit addressing to get that capability.
