Might be time to dust off my Dreamcast. I've always used a custom CD or the broadband adapter and ipload (or whatever it was called--it's been years!).

But we would never, never load a copy of a commercial product from an SD card, especially when the Dreamcast will boot just about anything, and blank CDs are cheaper than SD cards gigabyte per gigabyte, reuse notwithstanding. ;-)
