And people wonder why the Amiga market isn't sustainable. . . . Fortunately, my Spider was free. (Thanks, Elbox.) At some point, the holdouts will see the wisdom of making their products hardware agnostic.

It's called a lack of professionalism. No group whines, complains, and airs more dirty laundry in public than the Amiga community.

EDIT: That's directed at the hardware and software vendors, not the end users. Well, maybe a few of them.

The prices on Elbox's web site aren't usually accurate. You aren't told the actual price until you're sent to PolCard's billing system. The price you're given is in zlotych (PLN) based on PolCard's current conversion rate, which isn't always accurate. Today, it looks like PolCard's conversion rates are good (be sure to check the Wall Street Journal, xe.com, or some other source to be sure), so now's the time to buy if you're interested. (But don't spend 64USD on a useless, rebranded USB card. That would be stupid.)

EDIT: Hehehe. This is on PolCard's web site: "Every second outlet accepting payment cards in Poland cooperates with POLCARD." I think they need a new translator. Makes it sound like they'll send someone 'round to your house to break your legs if you don't "cooperate."
