Rough guess based on US factors, I'm guessing mid $30K to lower $40K per coder.
On the coasts--Calfiornia, New York, etc.--I'd expet to pay low six figures, probably around $120,000 per year. In California, the minimum salary for an exempt--no overtime--employee is $28,080. In other words, $30,000 per year is a joke. ;-)
