I've never met Robert, so this isn't a dig against him. :-) But living in California's central valley, I find it highly amusing that a show in Holland is advertising a special guest from Fresno. (And I think only other people living in Northern California will understand why this is amusing. Not trying to hurt anyone's feelings!) :-P

Unfortunately, my mother's and one of my best friend's birthdays occur on July 23 an July 24, respectively, which means no AmiWest. It's sort of a bummer being in Sacramento that weekend and not being able to go, especially since I have a couple fun coding projects going that could use some Amiga coding guru insight (assuming there are Amiga coding gurus on hand). Perhaps I'll flake on one or the other this year and make an attempt to show up. :-)

Any word yet on which vendors, clubs, and beautiful faces will be attending? Perhaps a C-One event? I wanted to meet Jens Schoenfeld last year, but alas, the birthdays. SACC.ORG hasn't been updated since early May. . . .
