The HD-DVD version looks great and plays well enough on the Xbox 360. I think a Blu-Ray version is in the works.

Look up the Daphne emulator. Lots of good DL history on the site.

I used to use Space Ace as the primary means of demoing my A500 to friends.

There was an effort years ago to port some or all of the game to the VMU (those little PDA looking guys that plugged into Dreamcast controllers). Some of the early samples were pretty cool. The look was obviously degraded--low resolution, black and white--but the animation was accurate.
