Fortunately for the users of Amiga.org and other forums, no assistant district attorney is going to make a name for themselves trying users who complain about the quality of Amiga, Inc.'s management and Elbox's customer support. :-P

In my experience, their presales support is fine. After you give them money, however, they're quite reticent. My last support query went unanswered.
