Before Elbox started bundling the MMCD with the Mediator, it was a separate purchase, in which case the board should have come with a basic set of drivers. The MMCD adds Warp3D support, 100Mb ethernet, and TV tuner drivers.
Most likely, Elbox will want you to "upgrade" to the MMCD after the previous owner notifies Elbox the Mediator has been transferred.
Once you have the MMCD, the install process under OS3x is pretty straightforward:
1. Make sure C:Installer exists. If it doesn't, copy it from your OS3x installation media or Aminet.
2. On the MMCD, run Setup (or Install--can't remember the name) at the root of the CD, probably CD0:. Follow the prompts to select the bits you want installed.
3. Run MedConfig, probably CD0:MedConfig. Again, follow the prompts, paying special attention to the recommended jumper settings and post-installation steps, e.g. adding C:AllocBMem to S:Startup-Sequence.
4. Follow the instructions in the Voodoo readme file for configuring Picasso96. Elbox didn't automate this part, and it's a bit of a pain.
Tools like pciinfo usually have a table of vendors and devices stored in a separate file (usually vendor.txt, but that's just a convention) from which to display information. It sounds like your tool's table is missing.
