Tax shelter is probably a more diplomatic description than money laundering operation. Offshoring software development, particularly maintenance of established applications, is still popular, despite the lack of supporting evidence for its effectiveness. Amiga, Inc. could be doing quite well (or at least breaking even) on that front.
