The Cybervision 64 DOES come with a flicker fixer - the Cybervision 3D doesn't
That's not quite right, the CV64 has a built-in switcher so it can switch between Amiga and graphics card screens but it needs a separate scandoubler to display PAL/NTSC modes on a VGA type monitor.
There was an optional scandoubler for the CV64/3D that included a switcher, this is a separate card that plugs into the video slot alongside the 64/3D's Zorro connector.
The OP should note that there are a batch of early DCE produced CyberVision 64/3D cards that do not work in the A4000 but work fine in an A1200 with a Zorro bus board (the example I saw worked with a Z4 bus board).
