I'm pretty certain there's no way to do this. As I understand it USB devices are "clients" on a bus controlled by a "host", that is the USB controller in the computer. So your router (I have a similar one BTW) will be a USB client not a host, and therefore will be unable to control other devices.
Another point is that even if it were possible technically the software would have to be in the firmware of the router not on a computer connected via Ethernet.
I'm sure someone with more detailed technical knowledge will chime in if I've got this wrong
