@Downix

Tip of my hat to you.  "Sucker punches" are not constructive or conducive to the future.

@createcoms

To whom are you sending e-mail?  If you aren't getting a reply regarding CAM access, then you certainly haven't e-mailed me.

Try webmaster@amiga.com on for size.

@vortexau

Don't be silly.  IE and/or Netscape are not required.  The site works 100% with most browsers including IE, Netscape, Opera, Konqueror, the Gnome/E! browser (the name escapes me), IBrowse and, with a little luck and coaxing, AWeb.

Also, the login process is perfectly fine. Tthe login process for the AmigaOS site is really no different than any other site that uses PHP sessions.

Most login troubles can be blamed on browsers that cache pages when they are directed otherwise or those that have disabled/refused cookies.

IBrowse works 100% as long as you have cookies enabled and saved.

AWeb is particularly troublesome with its caching and requires a lot of reloads/refreshes. Turn off caching, if possible, and it will be fine too.

It wasn't much of an insult really.  More like spot-on.  But the moderators are doing their jobs and preventing it from escalating.  Bravo to them.

Incidentally, I called you a bottom feeder in vulture's clothing. [ okay moderators, do your work.. Maybe Damocles will see it before you do  :-)  ]

At least I'm honest about how I feel and don't feed you a line of sugar-coated crap. 8-P

Also, when officially supporting customers, I can put aside my opinions on individuals.    Don't confuse relaxed/casual postings with work. :-)

As for Bill, I'm not sure what's up there.  But if he has a court date on or near the show date, it's possibly he might miss the show as the legal system is just a slight bit more important than one show.  However, I haven't heard anything one way or the other so don't take my word as gospel on Bill's appearance.
