I wouldn't worry about the JavaScript "issue" as these days, it is mostly a non-issue. IMO, if you can't be arsed to use a modern browser, you deserve to be limited.
There are too many new, good w3c standards for us to be stuck in the dark ages and JS is really coming into maturity, finally. We need to LOOK good and FEEL good, not just BE good.

JS gives us the ability to make a good layout look even better.
Anyways, as far as this package goes, I like it best of all those you've tried so far.
As I've offered before, Wayne, if you find a problem to cannot figure out or need a hand with problem code, just shout.
