1024x768 in 8-16 colours is going to feel plenty fast if you have a fast CPU, with a 060 it is going to be quite enjoyable if you want a plain WB.
Off curse it is difficult to measure in your head but it felt as fast or faster than my A2000, 030 with a slow Picasso2 card in 256 colors (I would take the 060/HighGFX any day over the A2000).
Its a bit expensive but well worth it, Royce Rolls of Scandoublers IMHO.
