LOL, I have followed some confusing hardware instructions before so I thought this was going to be an easy one to understand, I am going back to read it a third time now
ok, so now I read it again, you need to cut where there is an X marked and solder a resistor. Seems almost foolproof to be honest, I dont have an A1000 myself though, plenty of A500 though
