Yes this card run x-tremely hot. Put a heatsink on every chip on it, and preferably a fan and heatsink combo on the Permedia chip.

Do not even consider running it with the metal shield in the A1200 (if you can run shield + Bvision), those monster heatsinks will need room to breath, I would also suggest running a couple of 40/60 mm fans in the case to push air through the case.

It can be done, but is it worth it since you need to run a beefy PSU to your Amiga and you need to make lots of hardcore modifications? Not really I think  :roll:
