The rated vertical sync is for the VGA input and has nothing to do with the rca/s-video inputs.

Us PAL users are lucky to have the SCART connector, the fellow Amigans with NTSC don't have that (they use BNC connectors I believe, and the signal is incompatible with RGB)

.....that's what we called NTSC when I worked in video...'nuff said.

:-D I still call it that

Hmm, more and more I get the urge to buy an Amiga, but in the Netherlands, good ones are rare and expensive. And don't even think of big box Amiga's

AmigaKit has a good stock of A1200's, and at a decent price I think. ...

I'm afraid the shipping costs are going to be steep, if I make a rough estimation I'll end up paying around €450/340GBP/$665 and that's way too expensive.

Nope, A1200 build to order w/ new old stock A1200, os3.9, harddrive etc.

But you are right, way offtopic.

Shipping costs to the Netherlands are not expensive- we can provide shipping at a rate of EUR 18 for upto 10 Kilos

Thanks, I registered so I could see the actual shipping costs. But about €450 is just too much, for that amount of money I can buy an Amiga 4000 in near mint condition, and yes, it's used, and has no warranty, but I can justify paying that amount for an Amiga 4000, not a new old stock A1200.
Then again, I just don't want to spend more then say €250 for an Amiga.

If you start to sell Acube's MiniMig, I'll be glad to buy it though.

This monitor seems to be unavaliable in the U.S.  :-(
So the search continues.

That's because it's a PAL version only. You Americans are out of luck on this one because we use a different tv/video connector and signal, which happens to be compatible with the Amiga's rgb port. The so called SCART connector is absent on USA versions of LCD TV's

Sorry guys.
